Cotton Candy City Cloud*

Did anyone notice the massive cotton candy cloud flying around the city yesterday?
A truck driver cursed at me in Spanish for standing in the middle of Michigan Avenue trying to take pictures. Jocelyn Ibarra, death temptress!
