On Wednesday I learned by myself (by mental calculations of quantities) how to make a flawless Iced Coffee!
I know it sounds ridiculous, and for living in the land of Starbucks it even sounds incomprehensible, but it's a huge step for La Cocina Del Breadstick to create something good the first time without reading about it first.
Also, I just discovered that baking powder IS important to do stuff. And that yolks do not have what I horribly thought was an umbilical cord. That was disturbing, I felt like in "If These Walls Could Talk".
